ordering
Regular orders need at least 48 hours notice. Anything less than that comes with a $10 rush fee, and depends on availability.
Pickup is from our home kitchen in Cimarron Hills, 80915. The exact address is sent in your confirmation email once your order is set.
Delivery is a flat $10 within 5 miles of 80915, then $1.50 per mile after that, out to roughly 15 miles.
Payment is taken by card at checkout. Your card is held for the order total when you order, and only captured once we confirm your order by text, if we can't make your date work, the hold is released and you're never charged. If a card doesn't cooperate, we'll settle by Venmo, Cash App, or cash over text. Orders are not confirmed until we've texted you.
Everything is baked to order. We do not keep product on hand at all times.

custom orders
Custom orders require advance notice, at least one week. Large orders (30+ items) and specialty designs need at least two weeks.
Rush requests are accepted based on availability and subject to a 20-25% rush fee.
Custom flavors, themes, and requests are welcome at baker's discretion.
Pricing is based on size, quantity, ingredients, and complexity.
Allergy information must be provided at the time of ordering.
Availability is limited, that is the nature of a small-batch cottage bakery.

cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may not be eligible for a refund, due to the time and ingredients already reserved for your order.

refunds
Every order from our kitchen is made from scratch and prepared with care specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders once they have been started or completed.
If something is not right with your order, please reach out as soon as possible, within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We truly want you to love what you receive, and we will always do our best to make things right.
Thank you for understanding that as a small cottage bakery, each order requires time, ingredients, and preparation put aside just for you. Your support allows us to continue doing what we love.

Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please let us know about any allergies before ordering.
